All orders are packed in New Orleans, kept frozen with dry ice and shipped via 1-2 day ground service. Because of this, we require a day or two to prepare your order and only ship during the first half of each week.
Orders placed by the end of the day Monday will ship and arrive by the end of the week.
Currently, we only ship to the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX and WI.
When your shipment arrives, move the packages of shrimp from the shipping box to a freezer as soon as you can. If any part of your order appears to have thawed during transit, please dispose of the product and contact us for a refund or replacement.
Handle dry ice with care and leave to dissipate outside or in another well-ventilated area away from kids and pets.
All shipping materials including the box, plastic liner and TemperPack insulating panels are curbside-recyclable.
Orders placed on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will ship the following Monday to arrive the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
Orders placed Saturday, Sunday and Monday will ship the following Wednesday to arrive the following Thursday or Friday.
We will send you an email with tracking information as soon your order ships.
Because we use dry ice to ensure your order remains completely frozen during shipping, regulations require us to ship using ground service. To maintain the highest quality and provide the best service, we are currently limiting our delivery area to addresses we can reach within 1-2 days via FedEx or UPS Ground.
