
Shipping Information
We ship all orders Ground Service for 1-3 day transit from our facility in New Orleans, Louisiana. Your Prime Shrimp Pouches are packed on dry ice and delivered fully frozen to your doorstep.
We require a day or two to prepare your order and only ship during the first half of each week to avoid shipments getting held up over the weekend.
At this time, we are unable to ship to certain parts of OR, CA, NV, UT, AZ, NM, CO, ND, SD and WY. We do not ship to WA, MT, AK or HI.

Unpacking and Enjoying
When your shipment arrives, move the packages of shrimp from the shipping box to a freezer as soon as you can. If any part of your order appears to have thawed during transit, please dispose of the product and contact us for a refund or replacement.
Handle dry ice with care and leave to dissipate outside or in another well-ventilated area away from kids and pets.
The insulated liners we use for temperature protection are made from post-industrial, biodegradable cotton and recyclable food-safe poly film.

The answer is slightly different depending on whether you are in our 1-2 Day coverage area or our 3 Day coverage area.
For 1-2 Day Cities:
Orders placed on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday (and will arrive the following Tuesday through Thursday).
Orders placed Saturday, Sunday and Monday will ship Wednesday to arrive Thursday or Friday.
Order by the end of the day on Monday to to receive your shrimp by the end of the week.
For 3 Day Cities:
We do our best to ship all 3 Day orders placed by Sunday night in the upcoming week's fulfillment. Orders are shipped on Monday and Tuesday to arrive Thursday and Friday.
Order by the end of the day Sunday to receive your shrimp by the end of the week.
To maintain the highest quality and provide the best service, we are currently limiting our delivery area to addresses we can reach within 1-3 days via FedEx or UPS Ground.
Shrimp is fully cooked when the internal temperature reaches 145F and the flesh is pearly white and opaque.
Our cooking instructions have been tested to ensure they are easy, convenient and cook the shrimp perfectly in common home kitchen settings.
This said, many factors such as water volume, burner output and even altitude can cause variations in your results. If you have any specific questions or concerns, please reach out and we'll try to help or make it right.
By all means, cook your shrimp the way you want to! Prime Shrimp can be thawed under refrigeration, but it is important to break the vacuum seal and move the contents of the pouch into a separate container.
Seafood should not be allowed to thaw inside a vacuum sealed pouch of any kind.
