Why This Salad Stands Out

Packed with colorful ingredients and protein-rich shrimp, this pasta salad is as nutritious as it is delicious. The zesty shrimp adds a citrusy kick that complements the creamy pesto and fresh vegetables. For even more protein, try our favorite Rotini from Banza

We also love how quickly this salad comes together -- only one ingredient to chop! To speed the process of halving a bunch of cherry tomatoes, try this hack from Durst Organic Growers.

Bonus points: it can be served cold or at room temperature, making it an ideal option for outdoor gatherings or on-the-go lunches. The best part? It comes together in under 30 minutes, saving you time without skimping on flavor.
