Shipping policy
- All orders containing frozen product are protected with dry ice and shipped to arrive within 1-3 days. All products should be fully frozen upon arrival.
- Orders are only shipped on Monday and Tuesday to ensure items are not in transit over the weekend. Most orders placed by 12pm on Tuesday should arrive by the end of the week.
- Shipping for all frozen orders ranges from $35 - $65. This fee is waived on orders containing $115 or more in frozen products after all discounts are applied.
- To ensure successful fulfillment, orders are limited to a maximum of 13 units per transaction. Any order in excess of 13 units is subject to review.
- Prime Shrimp merchandise and other non-perishable products ship free and separate from any frozen product. The cost of these items does not count towards shipping discount threshold of frozen products.
