Steak and Shrimp Surf and Turf Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 steak of choice
  • 1 package Prime Shrimp Garlic Herb Butter
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1 spring fresh thyme

Directions

  1. Cook Prime Shrimp according to package directions.
  2. While the shrimp is cooking, cook the steak to your liking.
  3. Once the shrimp is cooked, pour the melted compound butter from the pouch into a small saucepan over medium heat. Add rosemary and thyme and simmer until slightly thickened. Plate steak and shrimp and pour over both.
