Baked Shrimp & Broccoli Alfredo

It is officially casserole season, and we’re totally here for it. Although shrimp alfredo already stands on its own as an all-time-favorite comfort food, this low-effort casserole version makes it even better for cozy fall days. 

This isn’t your average shrimp alfredo. With this baked shrimp & broccoli alfredo casserole recipe, we’re kicking things up a notch with the added greens and crispy breadcrumb topping. You’ll get your daily serving of vegetables in without a second thought.  

This easy shrimp alfredo recipe takes just 20 minutes and requires minimal dishes to make. Just combine your favorite cooked pasta with Prime Shrimp French Quarter Alfredo, cooked broccoli (or any of your favorite vegetables), extra cheese, and breadcrumbs. Then, a quick few minutes in the oven brings it all together to create the perfect comfort food casserole.  

Shrimp Alfredo Bake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pouches Prime Shrimp French Quarter Alfredo 

  • 1 bag frozen, steam-in-bag broccoli 

  • 1 pound of short pasta, like penne or cavatappi

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven 375 degrees. 

  2. Cook Prime Shrimp, pasta, and broccoli according to package directions. 

  3. In a casserole dish, combine cooked pasta, broccoli while still hot. Mix in mozzarella cheese. Add both pouches of hot shrimp and sauce. Mix well.  

  4. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs over the top of your casserole. 

  5. Bake 5-10 minutes, or until cheese melts and breadcrumbs are golden brown. Do not overcook, or shrimp will be tough. 

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy.
