Ingredients

  • 1 pouch Prime Shrimp French Quarter Alfredo

  • 1 cup diced broccoli florets, steamed (frozen, steam-in-bag work perfectly)

  • 1 package of Puff Pastry dough

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 small egg, whisked with 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)

  • Fresh herbs, chopped, for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Cook Prime Shrimp French Quarter Alfredo according to package directions.

  3. Open puff pastry dough into one large sheet and cut into 4 large rectangles.

  4. Spoon cooked prime shrimp and sauce evenly onto the left half of each rectangle. Add broccoli. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Fold the right side of puff pastry over left to cover the shrimp and broccoli mixture. Use a fork to crimp the edges closed.

  6. Poke 1-2 small holes in the top of each hand pie to allow air ventilation. Brush the egg wash gently over each hand pie.

  7. Bake in the oven until the puff pastry is fully cooked and golden brown.

  8. Sprinkle fresh herbs over top and enjoy!
