Ingredients

  • 1 Package Prime Shrimp Soy Ginger

  • 8 oz. rice noodles

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup shredded carrots

  • 1 cup bean sprouts

  • 2 green onions, sliced

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Cook Prime Shrimp Soy Ginger according to package directions.

  2. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add beaten eggs and scramble until cooked. Set aside.

  4. Add sesame oil, carrots, and bean sprouts to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Stir in cooked noodles, eggs, green onions and shrimp, and sauce.

  6. Toss to combine, then serve immediately.
