Shrimp Stir Fry

Shrimp Stir Fry

We get it. Sometimes, you’re able to get a rainbow of fruits and veggies at every meal, from your green juice down to your carrot cake. Other days, you’re lucky if your wings come with extra celery. But on the days when dinner hits and you realize you need to cram all your daily servings of vegetables into one quick meal, this ten-minute shrimp stir fry recipe is your hero without a cape.

The star of this dish is, of course, the buttery, garlicky, gingery sauce that accompanies our newest flavor: Prime Shrimp Soy Ginger. Inspired by Asian cuisine, the sauce blends a range of savory and spicy notes with a rich soy undertone, creating a unique umami appeal that makes any accompanying vegetable just as enticing as the shrimp itself.

To make an easy recipe even easier, this dish is about as adaptable as it gets. Use whatever vegetables – frozen or fresh – that you have on hand. Pair it with rice, put it on noodles, or have it with nothing at all for a keto take.

How to Make Shrimp Stir Fry

With Prime Shrimp’s easy cooking method, making a shrimp stir fry couldn't be easier. Drop the frozen pouch into boiling water and set your timer for eight minutes. While that’s working, throw your sliced vegetables into a hot pan with some oil (go for one with a high smoke point, like avocado or canola) and sear them to your liking.

Once your eight minutes are up, remove the pouch of shrimp from the water, mix it up and pour it over your veggies. And voila...it's even easier than ordering takeout.
