Spice It Up

If you're in the mood for a little kick or enjoy a slight warming of the palate, this is the bundle for you.  Bold but balanced, these varieties go a bit further and feature a little more red pepper or chili power than the rest of our assortment. Our Soy Ginger is inspired by Asian cuisines while New Orleans Style BBQ and Louisiana Boil are the unique flavor of our hometown.

Stovetop Cook Method

Shrimp & Sauce

  1. Bring 2-3 quarts of water to a rolling boil.
  2. Add sealed, frozen pouch. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. Remove pouch from heat and let rest 2 minutes.
  4. Massage to separate shrimp and mix flavors. Open pouch, serve shrimp and enjoy!

Seasoned Shrimp

  1. Bring 2-3 quarts of water to a rolling boil.
  2. Add sealed, frozen pouch. Cook for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. Remove pouch from heat and let
    rest 2 minutes.
  4. Massage to separate shrimp. Open pouch and discard shrimp broth. Serve shrimp and enjoy!
Sous Vide Cook Method

Cook for 10 minutes at 165F water temperature.
